Juanita “Frances” Phillips is a Philadelphia native. Juanita graduated from Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia, PA and later traveled to Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. At Kenyon, Juanita obtained a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies. Juanita’s career began in the non- profit sector where she supported government efforts to improve community access to public services, such as education, health care, and employment opportunities. Juanita’s background in social service and entrepreneurial spirit has helped her to promote financial literacy for her clients and her community. At a young age, Juanita’s mother was diagnosed with cancer. Juanita’s experience fuels her passion for protecting her clients and helping them explore their options for retirement and health care.
